We used the following steps to create this Speaker Series Sample.
- Use the event wizard from the Something On homepage to set basic details for this event.
- Click on the Event Control Panel to Add More Details to this event.
Adding the Speakers
- Click the Event Control Panel : Easy Setup : Speakers tab
- Add the speakers by uploading an image of the speaker (try to find one approx 140x140 in png, jpg/jpeg, or gif format. We will resize it for you if yours is a different size)
- Type in the long description of the speaker and click Add Speaker.
- Repeat for all your speakers.
Adding the Agenda Items
- Click the Event Control Panel : Easy Setup: Agenda tab.
- Click Add New Agenda Item
- Fill in the details of the agenda item. Click the Speakers tab in this form and check off the speakers who will be speaking at this agenda item.
- Click Add Agend Item
Changing the Navigation
- Click the Event Control Panel : Easy Setup : Navigation tab.
- Uncheck all pages except Speakers and Agenda.
- Click Update
Changing the Homepage Content
- Click the Event Control Panel : Easy Setup : Details : Description.
- Edit the Long Description for the hompage
- Click Update
