Speaker Series

We used the following steps to create this Speaker Series Sample.

  • Use the event wizard from the Something On homepage to set basic details for this event.
  • Click on the Event Control Panel to Add More Details to this event.
  
Adding the Speakers
  • Click the Event Control Panel : Easy Setup : Speakers tab
  • Add the speakers by uploading an image of the speaker (try to find one approx 140x140 in png, jpg/jpeg, or gif format.  We will resize it for you if yours is a different size)
  • Type in the long description of the speaker and click Add Speaker.
  • Repeat for all your speakers.
  
Adding the Agenda Items
  • Click the Event Control Panel : Easy Setup: Agenda tab.
  • Click Add New Agenda Item
  • Fill in the details of the agenda item.  Click the Speakers tab in this form and check off the speakers who will be speaking at this agenda item.
  • Click Add Agend Item
  
Changing the Navigation
  • Click the Event Control Panel : Easy Setup : Navigation tab.
  • Uncheck all pages except Speakers and Agenda.
  • Click Update
  
Changing the Homepage Content
  • Click the Event Control Panel : Easy Setup : Details : Description.
  • Edit the Long Description for the hompage
  • Click Update
